Lover of Music from an early age, Kyle Warrell, under the name KDUBB (pronounced Kay-Dub), comes forth with his talents in song-writing along with singing. Releasing his debut album, "Searching For Summer" for the year 2014, as an exclusive album with genres such as EDM, R&B, Hip Hop/Rap and Reggae, KDUBB's goals are to show just how diverse St Lucian & Caribbean music really is.
Born May 16, 1993 to a British Father and Saint Lucian Mother, the Young Recording Artists musical journey began in early 2010, writing music, recording demos and covering other artists music. Deciding to push himself a step further, KDUBB continued his efforts and gained recognition from Upcoming Producers, Izzy Hallburg and Alex Syke, who at the time were making their own debut, with the official launch of their Underground Record Label, Frusty Records in Miami, Florida. After being signed onto the label, who initially penned KDUBB as their demo artist and writer, the team decided to take it even further, and the Saint Lucian-born began working on his Debut release in 2013.
After working on the project for almost 2 years, KDUBB's fresh imprint on Frusty Records, called "Searching For Summer", is finally here. The 24- track studio album, which was initially meant to be a Mixtape/ Demo effort, features a diverse catalogue of music genres and producers. The album draws inspiration from other artists like Chris Brown, Drake, August Alsina, along with Caribbean Music on a whole . Productions from Trap Killaz, League Of Starz, MadHouse, ED Mafias, Stereo George and instrumental beats from European wonder, Martin Garrix, all in sync with the stylings and compositions of Syke & Izzy. Searching For Summer's International release is set for 27th November, 2014 as a true Thanksgiving treat and promises to have the World singing.
